B.A. in Music, University of Puget Sound; completed
graduate work at USC.
Kreitzer has sung with some of the world’s great houses and symphonies, including Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Metropolitan Opera, Los Angeles Philharmonic,Théâtre du Châtelet, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Chicago Lyric, San Francisco Opera, New York City Opera, Geneva, Los Angeles Music Center Opera, the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, the Minnesota Orchestra, the Pittsburgh Symphony, Carnegie Hall, etc. under conductors such as James Levine, Zubin Mehta, James Conlin. Richard Wilcox, Jeffrey Tate, etc. She has recorded with Deutsche Grammophon, Chandos, and Teldec.
Kreitzer is the producer and director of Opera Workshop at Cal Poly, where she received an "Outstanding Lecturer" award in 2002. She is an Opera America Panelist.
