B.A. in Music and Philosophy, St. Cloud University, Minnesota. Private study with Clifton Swanson, John Hornschuh and Buell Neidlinger. An active performer in classical, jazz and commercial groups, as well as a teacher and studio musician, Hustad is currently a member of the San Luis Obispo Symphony, the Mozart Festival Orchestra, and Tolosa Strings.
