:: Five Ways to Order Tickets ::
1. PHONE: Call the Performing Arts Ticket Office at 805-756-2787, toll free 888-233-2787 (CA only). Use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover Card and the order forms to order your tickets.
2. MAIL: Complete the order forms and mail, with payment, to:

3. FAX: Complete the order forms and fax both pages to the Performing Arts Ticket Office at 805-756-6088
4. IN PERSON: Bring the forms and payment to the Performing Arts Ticket Office on Grand Avenue and South Perimeter Road on the Cal Poly campus. Ticket Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. There is free five-minute parking outside the Ticket Office window.
